The trip will not be cancelled due to weather conditions, but we will try our best to make a great tour even if the weather won't be the best – in this case we reserve the right to change the itinerary if we believe that some places/service cannot be seen/used during bad weather.
Unfortunately, travel insurance is not included in the price, but we highly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance that covers all of your travels.
Once your online booking is complete we will send you a confirmation voucher to the email address you have provided. In case you do not recieve a booking confirmation 6 hours after your booking please check your junk email folder to see if the email has landed there and if not – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve a problem.

Gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not a requirement. However, if you're extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your guide with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email. Every cancellation of day trips made up to 24 hours before departure is free of charge. But if you cancel the day trip less than 24 hours before departure none of the payment will be refunded.
But if you cancel a multi-day tour, you will be refunded:
- 90% if the tour will be cancelled between 31-60 days before departure.
- 75 % if the tour will be cancelled between 15-30 days before departure.
- 50 % if the tour will be cancelled between 5-14 days before departure.
- 25 % if the tour will be cancelled between 2-4 days before departure.
- 0 % if the tour will be cancelled less than 2 days before departure.
In case of refund, you we will be refunded via PayPal within 48 hours after your cancellation.
We have guides who passed complex tests. We personally interview our guides and check their criminal and traffic records. All cars are checked and are clean, safe, comfortable and less than ten years old. All of our guides have a good reputation and are reliable, attentive and punctual.
In case you cannot find the place you would love to visit, simply write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to organise a tour for you.
In case you decide to do a private trip, the guide will pick you up at your hotel, apartment or at any other accommodation where you are staying. This applies to your drop-off location as well. However, if you decide to do a group trip we will inform you where your pick up point will be, but we will try to pick you up as close to your accommodation as possible.
You can make any changes free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If you need to do a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, but in this case additional fees may apply.
We provide two different types of vehicles depending on the number of travelers. A sedan (comparable to Volkswagen Passat) for groups of up to 3 passengers, and a van (comparable to Volkswagen Transporter) for bigger groups.
All our drivers speak English as well as their native language. Some of the guides speak also an additional language. There is also a possibility to organise a trip in your native language, but this would be an extra service and it will be charged subsequently. All the guides are happy to discuss local history and culture with you, as well as answer any questions you may have. And because they speak the local language, they're able to provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with natives.
The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services. However, every trip is different, so read carefully what each single trip includes and excludes. Every single trip contains the information about what is included and what not. To avoid inconveniences you will be informed what the price includes/excludes once again after you will book a trip. However, every trip includes the organization, transport and a guide. But be careful, because some of them include more!
Simply choose where you want to start your trip and the destination you want to visit. Select between private and group day trips, e-bike trips or multi-day trips. If you choose a private trip you can browse and add additional points of interest along the way, so you can create your own trip. The booking is a simple, easy, and fun experience. You can pay in advance via Paypal/credit card or directly in cash following your trip.
