What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email. Every cancellation of day trips made up to 24 hours before departure is free of charge. But if you cancel the day trip less than 24 hours before departure none of the payment will be refunded.

But if you cancel a multi-day tour, you will be refunded:

• 90% if the tour will be cancelled between 31-60 days before departure.
• 75 % if the tour will be cancelled between 15-30 days before departure.
• 50 % if the tour will be cancelled between 5-14 days before departure.
• 25 % if the tour will be cancelled between 2-4 days before departure.
• 0 % if the tour will be cancelled less than 2 days before departure.

In case of refund, you we will be refunded via PayPal within 48 hours after your cancellation.
