A magnificent unspoiled glacial valley surrounded by mountains, forests and meadows.
Slovenia has many Alpine valleys, but there is no one like the Logar valley. The landscape of this picturesque glacial valley has not been changed for hundreds of years – mostly because of the strict protection of this area since 1987 as a result of the huge variety of flora and fauna. A beautiful path through the unspoiled valley offers an amazing view of the surrounding mountains, meadows and forests that ensure pleasant memories for a long time to come. This mountain area is also known for its waterfalls – the largest and most majestic one is the Rinka waterfall, situated at the end of the valley.
