By booking, paying for, participation and/or being part of a tour or any event, you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions.
1. DATA PROTECTION
We are fully compliant with all data protection legislation. We would like to inform you how personal data will be used in the following points below.
1.a Personal data information will not be passed onto a third party without permission agreed by the individual and our company.
1.b Personal data information will only be used until the completion of each booking including any period extended due to any disputes or refund claims.
1.c Pesonal data will only be stored by our company as per requirement of local financial/tax authorities or related legal obligations by local law, after this period expires all data will be destroyed.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
2.a To make a booking
Simply choose where you want to start your trip and destination you want to visit. Select between privat and group day trips or multi-days trips. If you choose privat trip you can browse and add additional points of interest along the way, so you can create your own trip.
2.b A confirmation of a succeful booking
Once your online booking is complete we will send you a confirmation voucher to the email address you have provided. In case you do not recieve a booking confirmation 6 hours after your booking please check your junk email folder to see if the email has landed there and if not – please email us at [email protected] and we will solve a problem. Wander tours reserve the right to accept or reject any booking for any reason.
2.c Making changes after booking
You can do any changes free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If you need to do a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, but in this case additional fees may apply.
2.d Payment methods
- Payments can be made by credit card oniline on our PAYPAL account, most major credit cards are accepted. Go to the PAYPAL payment page and fill in the form and send your payment. After payment you will receive an automatic response from the system. This system is security coverd and is totally secure.
- Payments can be also made by BANK TRANSFER (after you get an invoice). Please note that this takes normally at least 2 working days. In this case you make a booking first and wait to get an invoice with all the information about company's bank details. After the payment send us a scanned copy of the transaction to our email [email protected] as it helps us locate it in the bank.
- Payment by CASH PAYMENT is possible on the site.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE TRAVELER
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email. Every cancellations of day trips made up to 24 hours before departure is free of charge. But if you cancel the day trip less than 24 hours before departure non of the paymant will be refunded.
But if you cancel a multi-days tour, you will be refunded:
90% if the tour will be cancelled between 31-60 days before departure.
75 % if the tour will be cancelled between 15-30 days before departure.
50 % if the tour will be cancelled between 5-14 days before departure.
25 % if the tour will be cancelled between 2-4 days before departure.
0 % if the tour will be cancelled less than 2 days before departure.
In case of redundation, you we will be refund via PayPal within 48 hours after your cancellation.
4. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.a Passenger's Behaviour
Every traveler must behave without creating disruption the enjoyment of others or creating prejudice to the reputatuin of Slovenian Wander. Otherwise, we reserves the right to dispel and remove you from a tour or event anytime, without any claims or complaints by you agains Slovenian Wander. In such a case Slovenian Wander will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or additional costs incurred by you.
4.b Luggage and personal belongings
These remain at all times the traveler own responsibility. Slovenian Wander is not responsible for your luggage and personal belongings.
4.c Delays
We wish to provide a quality service for all customers, so we want to avoid delays. We ask you all to abide by the agreed departure times. In case you miss your scheduled pick-up time, we will perform the service without you. In such a case, you are not entitled to a refund.
If you are not present at the place and time agreed and your payment method is CASH PAYMENT, the bank account you entered at the time of booking will be charged.
5. INSURANCE
5.a Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the Tours/Trips provided by Slovenian Wander. However, we strongly recommend the traveler purchase their own travel insurance that covers all of your travels!
5.b Travel Guarantee
Our company is insured for insolvency. This guarantees the amount that you paid in booking your travel package as well as your repatriation in the event of insolvency by Slovenian Wander.
6. WEATHER AND OTHER EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS
The trip will not be cancelled due to weather conditions, but we will try our best to make a great tour even the weather won't be the best – in this case we reserve the right to change the itenerary if we believe that some places/service can not be seen/used during a bad weather.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your trip due to weather conditions and other exceptional occurrences on your part.
In addition, Slovenian Wander does not accept responsibility for situations that are not the result of our decisions and actions. We do not assume responsibility for possible border crossing and traffic delays as well as possible vehicle breakdowns.
In such cases, when possible unwanted situations arise due to external factors and are not our fault or we do not have the ability to change the situation, we do not undertake to return any money that has been given for the trip.
7. COMPLAINTS
All of our team members strive to avoid unwanted situations. However, since we are aware that inconvenient situations may occur at any time, we ask you to send any complaints or claims by email by latest 2 days from the end of the tour/trip. Any complaints recieved after 48 hours cannot be investigated properly and will be invalid.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation in all of the trips offered by the company Slovenian Wander is voluntary. Any human endeavour carries some risk. Our job is to minimize any potential hazards that may endanger our customers in any way. The company Slovenian Wander, its employees and all of its partners, who indirectly and directly cooperate with us, decline all responsibility that may arise from possible unwanted situations. On trips we are not responsible for any personal customer injuries, damage to customer property or loss of customer property.
